1. General Terms and Conditions
- All warranties mentioned at the time of sale are provided and governed by the original manufacturers or product brands.
- VIPTAP.club acts solely as a facilitator of the warranty process and follows the policies set by each manufacturer or supplier.
- Each product brand may have unique warranty terms, available on their official websites or packaging documentation.
- VIPTAP.club provides assistance in handling warranty claims (repair, replacement, or component exchange) in accordance with the manufacturer’s policies.
- Products without official warranty from the supplier are treated as non-warranty items.
- Custom configurations such as NFC encoding, UID linking, special firmware flashing, or app integration are not covered under warranty.
- Warranty service timelines may vary depending on part availability, stock level, and international procurement delays.
- A valid invoice or warranty card must be presented for all warranty claims. In special cases, proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation) may be accepted.
- If you lose your card, ring, or wearable, you can reorder it from your account with a 50% discount.
2. Warranty Policy – VIPTAP.club NFC, RFID & Smart Gadgets
We follow warranty practices in line with international standards, Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS) guidelines, and the manufacturer’s policies.
General Coverage:
- Most NFC/RFID products (cards, rings, bracelets, tags, keychains, etc.) come with a 6-month to 1-year warranty, depending on category and brand.
- For eligible defective products, VIPTAP.club will repair or replace the item after inspection and subject to availability.
- If the original product is unavailable, an equivalent or upgraded replacement may be offered, subject to depreciation and price adjustment.
- If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued after deducting applicable depreciation.
- Software or data loss is not covered under any circumstances.
Warranty Claim Processing Time:
- Typically takes 5–7 working days, but may extend to 35–40 days or more depending on part availability, import delays, or supplier timelines.
- Most faulty components are replaced using specially sourced or imported parts.
Exclusions – Warranty Will Be Void in Case of:
- Physical damage (water exposure, burns, breakage, cracks, deep scratches, or impact).
- Tampered, removed, or defaced serial numbers, chips, or labels.
- Signs of corrosion, rust, fungal growth, or moisture inside the product.
- Internal chip damage, including broken pins or burnt circuits.
- Forgotten PINs or passwords set by the customer (VIPTAP does not set passwords).
- Use of unauthorized third-party apps, firmware, or modifications.
- Accessories such as lanyards, straps, adhesive pads, batteries, packaging, or cables are not covered.
- In case of combo packs (e.g., card + tag), the entire package must be returned; individual items will not be accepted.
- Any warranty product left unclaimed for over 60 days after service notification will be deemed abandoned.
3. Out-of-Warranty Service Conditions
- Services beyond warranty scope can be provided at the customer’s request and cost, upon prior approval.
- If a service is accepted beyond warranty, required parts must be sourced by the customer or by VIPTAP.club against advance payment.
4. Customer Data & Privacy Disclaimer
VIPTAP.club does not store, share, or access any personal data, login credentials, or private information encoded onto NFC or RFID devices. Customers are solely responsible for the content, privacy, and use of encoded data.
5. Limitation of Liability
VIPTAP.club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including business disruption, data loss, third-party misuse, or other damages caused by the use or failure of our products.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any product or using services from VIPTAP.club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and Warranty Policy.
